Regarding the shipment of the order, it came fast. but that has been the most positive aspect of my experience: When I ordered the radio, the site said it would fit my vehicle, but it didn't. I have called and took advantage of "call me back" option, but never received a call back (been over 24 hours now). I submitted a return request on line like the sticker on the side of the box said, and have not received any positive or negative feedback yet (it has also been over 24 hours). So, in summary, my experience with this order and the customer service has been overwhelmingly dis-satisfying. Please get back with me, arrange to pick up your radio, and refund my money.
