I've been with Millennium since 2005 and honestly I've had no issues. They are quick to respond to emails and changes to my policy. Went through a separation and had to get insurance in my own name and they asked very little questions and set up my policy like there was never a two month gap between insurance. When I moved to Saskatchewan and cancelled my policy super quick and easy. It made sense when I moved back to Calgary 18 months later to restart my policy with them. Have auto and tenant insurance and I highly recommend. Rates are great and I've seen a consistent decrease in my premiums year to year.
