I have several pieces that I have purchased elsewhere besides directly from Le Creuset. I don't mind buying from Home Good because I acknowledge that I am receiving a reputable product at an amazing price. I have also bought from Costco acknowledging that a piece may be second hand but again at an amazing price but when buying directly from the company and it has obvious imperfections of bubbles, that is an issue. I called the number on the packing slip and only a weird noise and then dead (3 times). We look up the number online and the lady claims I have to call customer service but no one answers that phone number. Pandemic or not, they would be working remotely but no one ever answers. which is not acceptable! Unless you can purchase Le Creuset from either a Home Goods or Costco, I would strongly suggest you keep your money in you pocket. .
