Had a case worker there by the name of sheniqua,i reached out to them over two weeks ago about my packet and i never got a call back from my case worker in regards to my documents. I finally got a call back from sheniqua and she stated that i needed a copy of my social security card to add to the rest of my packet. That was two weeks ago i had gone there to have one of their workers make a copy of my social security card and they told me on that day that sheniqua was at lunch and she would get the information when she got back. Now fast forward to today 03/8/21 i j go up there and ask securty for sheniqua and she comes outside to talk with me and i was just asking here what was taking so long and why had i not received a call about my case. She proceeds to tell me that my case is closed because she did NOT have all the requirement documents and i told her that i came up there over two weeks ago to give them what they needed. All she did was talk down to me and was extremely rude and unprofessional because i simply asked her why i did not receive a call to let me know that my case was closed. She flipped her top and got irate. Worst black establishment i have ever been to in this city. I highly recommend for all who come here to AVOID that lady names SHENIQUA!!
