My husband and I went to Siebel's for an open mic night, fully expecting to be accosted by rock-star wannabe heavy-metal guys with screaming guitars. What a surprise to find a lovely restaurant with great food, calm and friendly staff, and musicians from the community playing acoustic and country favorites. People there were so friendly we sat at each other's tables and just had a great time. The owner came by and sat with us, just to chat a bit. I can't wait to go back to my new favorite hangout. Thank you Siebel's for restoring my faith in good restaurants with live music!
