SHAME! 2 adults and 2 children ask the cashier and...

SHAME! 2 adults and 2 children ask the cashier and pay 40. I realize after 2 adults and 3 children would pay 30 because there is a family ticket. The cashier had said nothing to me. I come back to her but she mumbles that it is not possible now, the siae, etc. Stolen 10. Sin! Be careful. As often happens, customer service in Italy is bad.
