Placed an order and was provided a shipping confirmation with delivery date, tracking number for not one but 2 items I purchased. One was deliver3ed as stated in the confirmation email the second item has never updated with the carrier saying in pre-shipment. Attempted to get some updated information after it being that way for 4 business days and got nothing more than a shift of blame to the shipper saying the shipper never updated the tracking. One of my replies was returned saying it was spam, they closed the ticket without a resolution because they blamed the shipper and that was good enough for them. Had the staff made an attempt to find out the true status after 4 days it would not be that bad, but it was obvious that they were cut and pasting responses. I got a call from someone and he said the same thing claiming the shipper never updated the information and that the information I was given was accurate, but again nobody tried to get me accurate information. He claims it is in the area where I live in the shippers system and even sent a supposed screen shot but when I used the same tracking number on another browser to make sure it was not a cached page I got the same info that it is in preshipment. I was even told that I was getting this because of "cookies" as if I was a child. Maybe they should not use cut and paste and actually help when someone asks about a shipment sitting in preshipment status for a few days.
