If you actually want to get good life changing addiction treatment, do not go here. This place was the most unorganized, chaotic facility I have ever seen. I cannot believe there are so many good reviews. My friend was sent here from VA after finally deciding to change his life around from 25 years of drinking and drugs. This place helped him in terms of confining him from the outside world and giving him access to group meetings that helped him, but that was about it. His therapist changed 3 times! Not a single therapist called me to discuss his how he was doing or how to transition back home. I called multiple times a day trying to reach someone for help and just got the run around. He would call me so frustrated just wanting to leave because things were so chaotic there on the inside. Literally the only phone call I received- aside from one woman who called me back after I left a VM for the director (she didn t even call me, she passed it off to someone else) was a call to get their money when he started treatment. Very sad how they are just trying to profit off of people in desperate need of help. I highly suggest you find somewhere else if you are looking for good caring people to help in your recovery. The only reason I gave it two stars was because he did like a few of the staff members, the one therapist he liked quit randomly one day though.
