Appalling service throughout the entire process. My estimator never called me to confirm that insurance approved the work (I called and spoke with someone else) so I waited a week longer than necessary to even get the car into the shop. Once in there, I never got status updates of any sort, and two further calls to my estimator both went to voicemail - neither of which were ever returned. It takes 3 or 4 calls to get anybody to pick up the main phone line.

I had explicitly stated up front that I intended to keep a wheel that had only very minor scratching. I even called a couple days before the car was finished to re-iterate that I wanted to keep the wheel. When I picked up the car at 4:30, the wheel was nowhere to be found. It took 45 minutes for them to finally track it down. I never once received any sort of apology.

The car was returned to me with the windows being very streaky throughout the car as though someone cleaned it with a dirty rag, and the hard plastic on the center console was entirely covered in a greasy substance (Armor All?). They don't walk you out to your car to look over the work as every other shop I've worked with in the past has done otherwise these could have been pointed out and addressed on the spot.

You have to actively try to be this bad at customer service. They're rivaling Comcast on how little they think and care of you.
