I have worked here for approximately 3 years and have worked for several other security companies and can honestly say that this is one of the best companies i have worked for yet. You never have to fight to get paid and are paid on time or even early depending on what day the payday lands on. this may seem normal but, sadly i have had to fight to get paid at mos other companies and jobs that i have worked.

On top of all of that all of the upper management take an actual interest in how you are doing and have basically an open door policy where you can go in and talk to them at any time. Management is also not afraid to go and hit the field when they need to, including both the CEO and the President.

There are a lot of great people that work for the company as well, and i have met a lot of great friends that i have had for years working here.

I will have to say though, the one thing i like about this company the most is the ACTUAL ability to move up in the company. They always promote from within, so when you come in, supervisors, management etc have all been in the field many times and worked most if not all of the shifts that are available and have a vast array of knowledge when it comes to both sites and job duties. If one person is unable to answer your question then they can quickly get you the answer that you need.

Overall I love the company that i work for, and all of the people that have worked here.
