This place is magnificent, the truth is that we have been greatly treated by all the workers, especially in the restaurants, at the reception however it is different, they need to be more helpful, people arrive tired from the trip and We want to get to rest and have a good time and at times they are rude, but hey, I'm going with the funny moments, the animation guys I respect the truth, they work long hours and they are fun, thanks or to Arturo (sexy daddy) what a great boy, and to Miss Ines who looks like Pocahontas for being so kind to us, also to the guys from the bar both in the pool and in the lobby for always being dependent on us
