One hears bad car-buying (or leasing) stories, but my experience was pleasant (and sometimes even fun) throughout. Mark Crow was extremely helpful and friendly, without being pushy at all. He was very patient with all my questions and knowledgeable in his answers. And he even came in on his day off to help me. Definite five-star service!
