After the initial diagnosis we made an appointment to bring the car in for repair of our driver side window. The car was taken into the shop immediately and a shuttle took us home and picked us up 4 hours later. They got the work completed in the time promised so we could keep a doctor's appointment. Laura handled this transaction and the window is perfect now.
