I was really frustrated by the issue with my new 2019 Nissan Leaf, where the apple car play would cut out when playing through the car's audio system. I showed them that when i wiggled the usb cord in the jack, it would cut out. They heard my frustration and decided to do some research, and genuinely went the extra mile to help me figure out what was causing the issue. They were both patient and courteous in dealing with my frustration and persistent in getting the issue resolved. They have won my trust and I will definitely be bringing my car to Hudson for all my future service appointments! Thanks Guys!!
