After today we are seriously considering Stanford....

After today we are seriously considering Stanford. I am on my 4th phone call to have my father get a very simple call from his physician. They claim to have called but our lines are free and have no issues. With these Covid-19 concerns having your father not get a call is concerning to say the least. Does Kaiser really care about the health of your loved one? They sure don't about mine.
