Dropped off my car this morning for recall service...

Dropped off my car this morning for recall service and another car was provided for free loan, which was good till then. I came to pick up a day earlier than I needed to and noticed the wiper of my car was t working and asked why it wouldn t work. The manager inspected the car with the mechanic who did the job for recall service then came to me and informed some part was broke but it got nothing to do with their service as the mechanic didn t even touch the part at all. Then the manager says I will have to bring it to my own mechanic for second advice or leave the car here to investigate further and give me the quote to fix it. Okay- firstly the wiper was working totally fine before the inspection. It was rainy morning and it was working just fine then found out that it wasn t working after the service? Of course I had to ask him why it wouldn t work. I asked him to have a look to find out what exactly happened and what would have caused it not to work suddenly. While waiting for another day ti inspect the car I asked him if I can get the loan car back and he refused to return the loan car because all loan cars are taken and not available although there was the loan car I literally brought it back even a day earlier than I needed to. Suddenly the car is not available for loan although I had to leave my car another day to get it fixed because their guy broke something? Still can t believe Lexus was dealing with this in such poor manners especially I was considering to buy another Lexus for my second car.
Funny that the wiper got back to operate normally after the quarrels with that manager. But I had to leave the spot with huge disappointment. Really hope they improve their customer service in future.
