Do not use this lender! I got 4 closing disclosures and not one was correct! They were slow, I don't think they ever delivered any paper work when they said they would. Usually 2-5 days later.

The level of incompetence borders on bad faith business practice. I will be filling a complaint with the state regulatory commission.

RUN AWAY.

Edit: I did not take my own advise, they said they would make it right, surprise surprise another set of incorrect documents days later. Now they want me to wait days more for another set that will probably be wrong.
