Village to improve

Village to improve

As soon as you enter you have a wonderful feeling: the green is treated in detail and with taste.

The room is sufficiently large. There is a pleasant terrace. The bathroom is spacious. Even the shower.

The children's entertainment is truly excellent. It is the first time that children go on stage to dance.
MISSING A MASCOT. Why??!?

There are many NEGATIVE things to improve: let's start from the sea. There is only one lifeguard but it does practically nothing. He never did anything. Look at the sea or its mobile phone. The beach is abandoned. All umbrellas closed and open in a messy way. Nobody even helps older people to open the umbrella. The deckchairs are all dirty and ruined in a messy way. Everyone does what they want: there are those who put inflatables and leave them underneath to keep their place, there are those who occupy three umbrellas without meaning, etc. The role of the lifeguard is so insignificant that I asked him for the net to pull out a jellyfish and instead of annoying me he told me that he needed it for cigarette butts. Director advice: your lifeguard is useless. There is not even a watchtower, why pay a salary for someone who looks at their cell phone? This is not Valtur's style and many of us were very disappointed.

The beach restaurant does not have water jugs. The dishes are lacking. And the non-existent sweets. It looks like a third world restaurant. I asked the pizza chef if he was making me a ham pizza: he replied that he only had olives and onions ... well. What a disappointment Valtur.

The restaurant is a real canteen ... there is no quality and instead there is no visual presentation of food. Really a disappointment when compared to the cuisine at the bluserena villages and Voi Alpitur. What a disappointment Valtur! There are no pastry chefs. The cakes buy them (sometimes) Bindi or Bistefani. Then all the rest are puddings, bought baba and really hideous senseless and tasteless cakes. Really a great disappointment always if compared. With other villages where they even make an evening dedicated to cakes, there are ice creams and even granitas. Here NOTHING.
The kitchen tired from the 4th day onwards. Luckily there is a very good pizza ... among all that they offer in the end you always go to a pizzeria. What a disappointment....
It lacks that extra touch that other villages have. Here it is non-existent. Perception is of poor quality level.

There is no area to wash the fruit.
Mah.

Finally, to frame the dishes there are a thousand annoying flies that stick everywhere ...
Really seedy Valtur.
This is the first time that Villeggio in Valtur has disappointed me.

Finally, I want to say one thing to the Director: but does it seem possible to allow you to sell a photograph for 13 euros? The same agency in other villages, I repeat the same photo agency, offers significantly lower prices. Director in front of me there was a family who was buying photos. 6 photos 72 euros? Eventually the father bought 4 and the daughters cried. Why does it allow this? Instead of bringing a positive reminder of the village home and over time, those two little girls brought tears. I would be ashamed.

There are other negative things that certainly can be improved in this village, but I, like many who came to Calabria to Garden, will hardly return with Valtur.
Because now we have associated this disappointment with this brand.
Yes, we had a good time, but my family and I are disappointed with Valtur. Competition is superior in many ways.

If I were a manager, I would contact all the 2017 guests of this village and I would make very strong promotions for the 2018 season in order to incentivize returning with Valtur. It could be better. Sooooo much better .... I who have had the good fortune to visit other villages I can make comparisons.
