Update: The repair personnel came and did a good job to change the damage part of the bedframe. I chose to repair instead of 1 to 1 replacement because there was no stock available and I did not want to wait.

Customer service excellent(Brenda is very good), ease of buying excellent (website is very well design) but product delivered no good. One of the bedframe leg is wet and feels rotten. I told the delivery personnel when he delivered but he does not know how to handle such situation. I am sure that he saw the defect and still proceed to assemble the bed. The delivery personnel was not able to communicate in English to rectify the issue. Hipvan should send them for training to improve the final stage of buying. What a pity.
