There was a mixup with my first appointment but they were able to schedule me in the day after. My stylist was Lora, she took the time to understand my hair routine and texture, what my goal is and discuss how to get there. She did a great job, very skillful and she gave me mini Deva curl bottles for the appointment mix up.
The first apointment completely met my expectstions and I got complements on my hair from two random people right after.
I'll write an update for the next visits.
