All they had to do is reply to an email.
They failed to send the email and then lied about it.
I can only suggest this company is one of the worst in the country.
Basically they rip off big companies by offering them packages then they do very little except count their money.
Customer service is non existant just lies read from a script.
I have sacked them as they are so useless slimey and devious.
Just read Trustpilot reviews they look genuine reviews and everyone seems to have the same low opinion of these jokers.
