I suffered with painful, chronic tendinitis in my arm and not only was I unable to play the sport I loved, I couldn't even lift a jug of milk or sleep without pain. I tried cold therapy, heat therapy, anti-inflammatories, and numerous topical creams and herbal remedies along with resting my arm.
I went to two different orthopedic physicians, three sports chiropractors, numerous sports massage therapists, and endured many hours of physical therapy. I suffered through cortisone shots, laser therapy, the Graston Technique and ART. When nothing brought me any relief, surgery was recommended ...which I refused. After two years of searching for an answer I began to face the fact that I would need to give up playing tennis and simply learn to live with the pain and discomfort.
Then Luke was recommended to me ...and he fixed me in 8 weeks. He has extensive knowledge of how the human body works and explained the reasons why I had this problem as well as exactly what I needed to do to get better. It was not easy, but his honest, no-nonsense approach and constant encouragement motivated me to succeed. I did not think it was possible, but I have been completely pain free for years, back to playing tennis and living my life!
