Shopping for my wedding at Vera's has been seamless! From dress shopping, to bridesmaids dress shopping, to getting my accessories Vera's has been beyond helpful every step of the way! I no longer live in Madison and only one of my bridesmaids lives in Madison and they have worked with everyone and made the whole process so easy! Vera's has gone above and beyond to make my experience nothing short of amazing. Recently, they posted a picture of bracelets they had just received in to social media and I called because I thought that one matched my headpiece- the girl I talked to went and found my headpiece, took a picture of it next to the bracelet and texted the picture to me. I called back to order the bracelet over the phone and she stored it with all of my other stuff until I am ready to pick it up. The fact that my dress can be left there until the wedding has made my life so easy as well! I would HIGHLY recommend Vera's for any and all formal wear needs, I am so impressed by the customer service I have received.
