I live in Elgin and I went there on Friday 1-15-2021 and the place looked great! I was meeting up with some friends which the server took all of our orders when I got there. Our server brought out everyone's dish except mine! He asked what I ordered and after came back 15 min later with my Fish fry with coleslaw and mashed potatoes but I had no utensil's. It was already bad enough that I had to see all my friends eating since I was the only one who didnt get there food, but now I have to wait for a server to bring me a fork since he forgot! I went back on Sat since the food did taste great! I went with my wife since it was her 1st time. I ordered cheese curds as an appetizer and a burger for myself and my wife ordered mac and cheese with brisket which is 20 bucks a plate which is fine but when the server came back he came back with my meal(Burger) and came back with 2 orders of mac and cheese with brisket. I told the server it was just one order of Mac and cheese with Brisket and he told me that the mac and cheese with brisket was server in 2 plates. I got the bill and they charged me an extra 20 bucks for the mac and cheese! I dont mind spending cash but serving me a dish that I didnt want and charging me full price for there mistake was ridiculous. I went there twice and this is what happened to me. I was thinking of having some friends over this weekend on my Birthday but I probably have another bad experience.
