The staff was courteous, the room was clean, but a little dusty. I didn't like having to come in the room and dust of the TV, desk area and night stands. It wasn't extreme, however I'd rather come into my room and just relax. On the upside, the hotel offers many accommodations and amenities. It's only 3 minutes away from LAX. The hotel has a shuttle service, but the shuttles need improving. One shuttle did not have working air conditioning. It was hot and the seats were dirty. Some had hair all over them. The drivers were very nice and always assisted with the passengers luggage.
