Not so good. This hotel is badly in need of quality control. The best aspect of my experience here is that the staff I dealt with were generally nice and tried to be helpful. But being nice cannot make up for the poor amenities and services. The restaurant really screwed up. I ordered a horseradish mustard salmon with Yukon mashed potatoes and they gave me salmon smothered in BBQ sauce with rice. When I said it was not right the manager brought it back and then came back to me with the same dish, but with a scoop of tasteless mashed potatoes plopped in a bowl and stuck on the plate. Manager said the chef said it's the same dish that's on the menu, when it clearly was not, so the chef was either lying or doesn't know the menu. Sent it back. At least the manager tried hard to make up for it and they didn't charge me. The king room is spacious, but has ugly, dated decor. My room's closet has damaged shelving and dust bunnies in it. View of an ugly roof. Noisey AC fan. The coffee machine didn't work and no one did anything about that. Slow room service and the guy forgot a bottle opener, and then it took him 20 minutes to come back with it. He was aplogetic and a nice guy, but again, courtesy needs to go with good service. Good workout facility and nice pool, but the hot tub was cold. Convenient location for airport, but that's about it. If you want a nice, clean up-to-date room, wih good service and quality amenities, stay elsewhere
