Takes 1 person to ruin an otherwise fine experience. This person working in anesthesia during my procedure (colonoscopy) yesterday. She was rude, condescending, accusatory and even threw a jab that my BMI Is high.
I followed the instructions I was given PRECISELY and they said nothing about chewing gum (which is what started her meltdown).Nasty from then on. I reminded her about my instructions not addressing this to no avail.

She also said I was late? Not true. As a matter of fact, I had to call the hospital myself to see what time to come the day before.

I have always doctored in Charleston and will be returning.

Everyone else I encountered were professional and nice.
