Though it is termed as museum there are no exhibits as such here. This one of the moat or rather the most iconic place of Istanbul. The structure itself is a huge exhibit. Visit this place to witness its grand scale and experience history. Entry fees is 60 Turkish Liras. This place is covered in the Museum Pass as well. You can go to the upper floor as well. Worth visiting once. They also have a short video explaining the history of this place in the area on left after you enter the structure. There are remains of the old Hagia Sophia outside that were found in excavation. The campus also hosts the tomb of sultan but that part is not open for visitors or at least it wasn't when I visited.
