It is very obvious that they choose their favorites even if their work is lousy that they are the ones that remain in the campaign, among the coordinators themselves they do not find out or have unified criteria with what drives the staff crazy when they explain what you should do, there are against orders constantly because they have no clue what they do, but the culprit is you.
Sometimes they hire you for another survey and they throw you out a week, and you ask yourself "If you already know how I work what noses you throw at me now, when I have left other possible jobs".
