The rooms were full of dust, we booked them with a double bed and upon arriving there they gave us 2 beds with the excuse that they could not guarantee what type of bed they would have available.
At reception, when asking about an event that took place in the hotel the next day they did not know how to tell us anything.
In short, a disaster.
