STAY SOMEWHERE ELSE!! This is my second time bask at the Aria. We checked in 20 minutes ago to our room on the 15th floor. We have 3 rooms in our name for 2 nights and we are M Life members. My husband and I walked into our room and we were hit with a weird vinegar stench. Went to shower and get ready for dinner and there were these black pubic hairs on our towels and in our sink!!!! Called the front desk was on hold for over 20 minutes and they won't do anything to accommodate us except move us to a suite to pay an additional $650 a night. I'm soooo furious! My first experience here was during the summer for my Bday but after this experience we won't be back. I've had better service at a holiday inn... YUCK!
