Me and my husband went in to see our options for my lease that was up. Three different sales people turned us away before we got Sam Sarwari. This guy didn't even ask us our names. We told him our situation and he still tried to upsale us. After he did nothing but belittle us the entire time we were there (10:30am-5:30pm). At one point I told him I needed my key back because we needed to get our daughter from school. His response was "where does she go to school?" I asked him why was that any of his business and he didn't respond (weird). Then he tried to say that we all needed to go get her and that's when I said "no, I need my key. I've asked you for it 7 times now." After getting my key he then says "how long will you be because it's my day off?" I laughed at him because we had already been there 4 hrs. Moving on...he told us that while we were gone he'd get everything ready so when we got back it would only take ten minutes. Lies! When we got back he was not only helping other people but the process took another 3 hrs. The last time I got a car was in 2016 and I was helped by Barry Lymon (sp?) He was so nice and so friendly and very helpful. I regret not asking for him.
I'm so disappointed with the service we received. We were made to feel like we weren't good enough and Sam blatantly said that the car I was getting was a downgrade and I should be lucky to be getting one at all.
If you need a car don't go to Sam Sarwari. Oh and Oleg the guy who finished all the paperwork was also rude and didn't seem to care that we were unhappy. These two need training on what good customer service is. We give zero stars as we did not receive a 10/10 experience from Roseville Toyota. I could go on but I'll stop here because it probably wont do any good. It has taken me over a week to be able to even attempt to write this review.
