Pro: They were able to send a technician out the same day.
Cons: Cost of service was above market area average. More annoying is this companies practice in having their techs sell maintenance programs above and beyond the needed repairs. I have had this experience a few times with field techs. . I want my problem fixed, not a salesman to push maintenance plans. Tech didn t think he was able to fix the problem on first visit and had to come back.
