Slightly less margin (but still up to 25% foodcost), but I guarantee that you will have more satisfied guests and a higher turnover.

Too bad, missed opportunity. 5 euros for 2 slices of dry casino bread with a little herb butter in a paper tray. This price quality ratio was so skewed, that I still got the feeling that I was being scammed. So not left for another drink and a bite.
