This has been the fourth time that I've lost service due to a technician mistakingly disconnecting me. Today's issue was that the neighbor moving across from me was supposed to be disconnected but disconnected us instead. I was on the phone for the better part of today. The first person told me that they would fix it as soon as possible but had set up the appointment for the end of the next day. The second person told me they talked to the technician and they would try to fix it today but can't guarantee anything. The third said nobody answered and saw nothing noted about anybody trying to come out today. I should not be put on the schedule of the people that made me be in the schedule in the first place. I cannot believe that the first and second representatives lied to me. I wanted hours.
