I recently used a travel website for my vacation and it was an average experience. The website was easy to navigate and the booking process was smooth. The customer service was okay, although the representatives could have been more friendly and helpful. The accommodations were decent but nothing special. The tour guides were knowledgeable but not very enthusiastic. Overall, it was an okay experience, but I expected more from a travel company.
