Looking for additional training in English funded by the CPF, I contacted English academy after a search on the internet. I was contacted by a person who explained to me how it worked for me. After acceptance of my file by the OPCA I received a file of which one element caught my attention: I had to sign all the lines of a table attesting that I had already completed all of my training. I sent back a word asking for explanations, the person called me back, quite brittle, telling me that if I refused to comply, I had to send him the signed painting every week and when I noticed him that I was a client and not a delinquent a priori, the person offered to go see elsewhere, what I did.
I find the facts scandalous enough to take the time to alert everyone to what I believe to be a potential scam in funding training and reflects a fairly moderate respect for customers.
