Everyone keeps saying how good these units are but...

Everyone keeps saying how good these units are but we ve had nothing but PROBLEMS for the past 8 months since it got installed. Water temperature is inconsistent, now it doesn t work at all and they re refusing to cover it under warranty!
I should ve gone with NAVIENT !!
