Ozair @ Oakville Toyota did the impossible - made me a happy customer :) . He was knowledgable, prompt with answers and had my best interest at heart by giving me advice (based on my needs) that was not the more expensive option (actually the opposite). I am someone who will shop around (and did, a lot), and found the Ozair and Oakville Toyota the best deal and best customer oriented experience around. Having owned Nissan, Infiniti, BMW and Acura....I still consider the Toyota vehicles and their people at the top of my shopping list.
