They shipped me the wrong books with the right packing slip. I called and they said there wasn't anything they could do about it. I asked to file a complaint and the guy on the phone just laughed and took none of my information. So it looks like I just have to have these books that aren't mine?

Interesting that there are so many bad reviews here from customers and so many good reviews from people who work there, saying it's a nice place to work. So they're requiring their employees to fill out reviews online to make their overall rating higher.
