Poor quality products and bad assistance, unfortunately I have had various bad personal experiences and never again will I go to buy Nordica-Extraflame, I strongly advise against it !!! Moreover, in recent years I have noticed that their products are mostly found in brico centers, large retailers and on-line stores, but less and less by specialized dealers and professionals. I think there will actually be a reason ... ... surely they have lost a customer and they will lose many others if they continue to work in this way.
