Our worst experience ever. We arrived at 2 pm and we couldn't check in. Then We decided go to eat. When We came back, few hours later, the hotel was already overbooked, we were wet, because the rain, and really tired.
First, they promised to give us to another hotel room, but when we had waited for plus than one hour for the taxi, they decided to change the hotel for other one, and we have to wait 30 minutes more. It really sucks. Nobody should book on this horrible hotel. Oh, and they just said sorry.
