I have no hot water and my heat goes on and off leaving me and family with no heat for 2 hours then it turns back on and stays on for about 30 minutes! I called to complain and maintenance responded with I m busy removing snow hot water will have to wait this is what they tell me when I can t bathe my 6 month old daughter ! This is what they are doing when they are suppose to be removing the snow
