Very unprofessional. This office will not solve your problem. Waste of money and time! One of their lawyer is highly corrupted as judged by a High Dutch authority Dean (Dutch Bar Association)
One has to wonder why Mme van der Heide-Boertien who committed several criminal frauds is still employed as a lawyer in this office! Perhaps doing some fraud in this office is a common practice.

In response to your letter of 17 November 2014, you will find below my substantive response to the comments by mr. Van der Heide-Boertien dated 13 November 2014 on the complaint I have submitted. I would therefore like to maintain my complaint and request that you continue to deal with it and keep me informed.

The prior history mentioned by mr. Van der Heide-Boertien and the completion of the internal complaints procedure of her office do not, in my view, detract from the fact that her actions were negligent.

The malfunction of the other party's fax machine allegedly does not take away its responsibility to lodge a timely objection on my behalf. This is the risk it has taken by raising objections late. Furthermore, the transmission report (which is usually printed out immediately after an attempt to send a fax) should have made it known to her that the sending of the fax had failed. Moreover, it was a pro-forma objection and could have been submitted by her earlier - if necessary for security reasons - and it was not necessary to wait for me as Mr Van der Heide-Boertien claims. Mr. Van der Heide also acknowledges that it is correct that she submitted the notice of objection on my behalf, but that it was not received in time. Such a time limit can be regarded as a professional error and can also be qualified as a careless act by a lawyer. The fact that Van der Heide-Boertien, LL.M., subsequently attempted to rectify this in an appeal procedure is appreciated but does not detract from the professional error already made.

In my opinion, the complaint is therefore well-founded and I therefore wish to maintain it as indicated above. Finally, as requested, you will find below the telephone number where you can reach me.
