I stayed here for a week while on vacation from Austin,Texas. This was my first time in Tennessee and I was totally unfamiliar with Memphis. The hotel is gorgeous, very well decorated and the customer service was great. This is a boutique hotel so the manager greeted me every day, the employees knew me by the end of the week! They gave me suggestions on where to go and helped me whenever possible. The room was very comfortable, the bathroom in my room was gorgeous and luxurious. Downtown views from our huge window. The majority of the other guests were young professionals there on business and the hotel felt very safe and clean!

Finally the restaurant inside of the hotel is fabulous, the food was great (wake up early for breakfast) and although the food was not inclusive the prices were extremely affordable especially for the great quality of the meals. I had the most amazing French toast and eggs with grits. Free lattes and cappuccinos in the lobby. These meals would cost twice as much at home. I was pleasantly surprised!
