Yesterday as I sat down in pioneer square where I ve eaten lunch for over 15 years! One of your racist rent a cops called the police on my for sitting while black. I would like to file a formal complaint about the racially motivated way she indicated that she was trained by the city of Portland. As a former employee of over 13 years I can promise you that nothing in the city s charter allows your so called cops to harass and intimidate people based on race. Has she did her job she would have allowed me to finish what I was doing and move on like an adult. Had it not been race motivated she wouldn t have lied and told the police I was belligerent and combative when you can hear me on camera hearing her trying to get the police to come shoot me! This has to stop! I should be able to have lunch while black and not have racist try to ruin my day because I am happy and they are miserable.
