I have been taking my vehicles for service for the past 6 yrs and never had issues but had a bad experience about 3 months ago but I decided to give them another chance and today I had an appointment was advised it would be about 2 hrs to do the service which is understandable seeing how busy they were so I had no problem waiting., but at 2.5 hrs I m asking how much longer, first they couldn t locate my vehicle in the computer log so I had to show them where it had been sitting then they tell me that nothing had been done to my vehicle because the service guy never put in the ticket. Definitely will not be going here ever again.. if I could give them 0 stars I would..
