Over two hours was to long for an oil change. I understand that you do a thorough check, but this is still to long. I don't understand why you leave the paper floor mat, paper hanger and paper tag on. I understand the plastic on the steering wheel, but do people really want to have a paper floor mat? Why should I have to dispose of this stuff? Everyone was friendly and as far as I could tell did a good job.
