we bought a hot tub from you a little under a year...

we bought a hot tub from you a little under a year ago and it has never worked correctly! The hot tub was very expensive and I would like you to rectify the problem that we are having. Also could you let me know the time frame for a pool to be put in and some quotes on them. could you please respond to my email
