absolute organisational catastrophe. every year you have the same issue that the administration just drops everything to go on holiday for weeks and leaves you hanging like a wet towel in the wind. if you need something important done, like graduating or even just requesting a proof of graduation prepare to be let down and not be able to start your masters elsewhere immediately after the bachelor. dean of hotel management school is quick to praise himself but doesn't care about students concerns or issues at all. over the years I wrote three huge email to him with several complaints from multiple students about the organisation of the school, but each time he either didn't reply or sent someone else to speak with me instead. some teachers are cool (fares and latifa for the win), hence the one star. because of the organisational mess, i would under no circumstances recommend attending this school - its not worth the headache.
